TODAY’S SCRIPTURE: “And the Lord came, and stood, and called as at other times, Samuel, Samuel. Then Samuel answered, Speak; for thy servant heareth.”

Have you ever spoken up about something important to you, and have been totally ignored? Or have you ever been talking to someone in the family and they really didn’t hear a single word you said? Perhaps Mum was busy in the kitchen trying to fix breakfast for the children who are almost late for school and you walked in and said “Guess what mum, I came out top in my degree exams” And she says: “Uh, huh.” Such action can be very frustrating and sometimes annoying. This is exactly what we do when we do not pay heed to what God is saying. The people of the world can WORK their way out and achieving limited results, but we christians WE HEAR IT OUT. “The voice of the Lord is powerful; the voice of the Lord is full of majesty.”

Even as a believer, we must strive to spiritually discern and differentiate the voice of the Lord from all other voices bombarding our minds everyday. Our lives can sometimes feel like constant noise—voices from every side—influencing the way we think and feel. But, in the midst of it all, there is one voice we need to hear the most—the voice of God. He speaks to us through our spirit and He speaks every time and wants us to hear and speak back to Him. “And when he putteth forth his own sheep, he goeth before them, and the sheep follow him: for they know his voice.

To hear God when He speaks, first we must not be disobedient children who commit sin without remorse. Secondly, we must quite both EXTERNAL and INTERNAL Noise which have become sources of distractions. External noise is actually promoted by media and technological advancement. People stay glued to their cell phones, television and other channels of entertainment without making out time to fellowship with the Lord. Internal noise is promoted by satan and his cohort who constantly attack the minds of believers with the cares of the world. Knowing God by His Word helps in the right positioning of our spiritual antenna and tuning to God’s frequency. God wants you to hear Him, for He is always speaking so that you can go up; for He knows the way through the wilderness and the sea.
Father circumcise my ears to hear you clearly even as I hear my friend speaks to me in Jesus Name.. Amen.

TODAY’S SCRIPTURE:-“After this I looked, and, behold, a door was opened in heaven:….

What a man sees with the eyes of his mind is possible. If you can see success and sustain the vision you will soon walk into that future effortlessly. This is also true if your mind is preoccupied with sight of defeat, sickness, death or poverty. Doors of breakthroughs are always open but many do not see them because the eyes of their mind are beclouded with so much concerns. The first place the devil attacks when he wants to put a man down is not his business, career or academics but his mind. In the school of the spirit, Revelation is the key to uncommon manifestation. You must stop looking and seeing life with your natural eyes alone. You must develop the ability to switch between the natural and the supernatural and see life from God’s perspective.

“Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he.”

“But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord.”

Lord Jesus grant me divine sight to see life the way you see it and guide my steps to my desired destination in Jesus name…Amen.
